We recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead for regular appointments. Saturday slots tend to fill quickly, so earlier notice is appreciated for those. We occasionally have short-notice availability — it's always worth asking.
Most owners drop off and return when the appointment is complete. We'll give you an estimated pickup time. For first-time visits with anxious or reactive dogs, a brief handover conversation is helpful so we understand your dog's history.
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. This helps us offer the slot to another client. Repeated late cancellations may affect our ability to accommodate future bookings.
