2. Booking and Appointments
Appointment requests are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive direct confirmation from our team. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may affect our ability to accommodate future bookings.
4. Pet Health and Safety
We are not a veterinary service and do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Owners are responsible for informing us of known conditions or injuries before appointments. We reserve the right to stop an appointment if an animal is in distress or a health concern is identified.
5. Mat Removal
Severely matted coats may require a clip-down and additional charges. We discuss options with owners before proceeding and follow humane practices throughout.
6. Pricing
Prices on our website are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed at booking based on your pet's specific requirements. All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.
